1About these terms

The AI Citation (“The AI Citation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates from Tane Georgiev 1, Kumanovo, North Macedonia. These Terms govern your use of theaicitation.com (the “Site”) and any free audit or consultation you request through it. By using the Site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the Site and our pre-engagement interactions. Any paid work is governed by a separate written services agreement or statement of work (“Services Agreement”), which takes precedence if anything here conflicts with it.

2What we do

We provide done-for-you AI-visibility, generative-engine-optimization (GEO), and search-optimization services: audits, content, structured data, technical deployment, and reporting. The Site describes these services and lets you book a free AI-Visibility Audit and consultation.

3The free audit

The AI-Visibility Audit is offered free and without obligation. It is provided for information only, reflects our assessment at a point in time using third-party signals we do not control, and is not a guarantee of any result. Requesting or receiving an audit does not create a client relationship or any obligation for either of us to proceed.

4Engagements and payment

If we agree to work together, the specifics — scope, deliverables, fees, timing, and terms — are set out in a Services Agreement.

• The 90-Day Sprint starts from $2,750 and is payable up front unless your Services Agreement says otherwise.
• The optional monthly “Stay-Found” plan starts from $750/month, is billed in advance, and can be cancelled as described in your Services Agreement.
• Multi-location, regulated-industry, portfolio, and other custom engagements are quoted individually.
• Prices shown on the Site are indicative starting points in US dollars, exclusive of any applicable taxes, and may change. The price in your Services Agreement is the one that applies.

5The Triple-Lock guarantee

Where your Services Agreement includes our Triple-Lock guarantee, it applies as described there and on the Site, and is subject to these honest limits:

• We guarantee movement we can measure and control — page-one search movement, more impressions, an indexed content cluster, AI-crawler access, and a higher AI-readiness score, proven in your own Search Console.
• We do not guarantee any specific amount of traffic, leads, calls, revenue, or ranking position, and we do not guarantee a mention or citation inside any AI assistant. AI-assistant presence is reported as readiness, not promised.
• The guarantee applies to established, indexed websites where you let us deploy the work. Brand-new domains receive a milestone-based guarantee instead.

The full mechanics, including the refund window and the work-free-until-visible commitment, are set out in your Services Agreement.

6No guaranteed results

Search engines, AI assistants, and other platforms (for example Google, Bing, ChatGPT, and Perplexity) are independent third parties. They control their own rankings, answers, and algorithms, and they change them without notice. We apply proven methods in good faith, but we cannot and do not guarantee outcomes that depend on those third parties.

7Your responsibilities

If we work together, you agree to give us the access, information, and materials we need, to have the right to let us make the changes we deploy, and to ensure the content and materials you provide are accurate and do not infringe anyone’s rights.

8Intellectual property

The Site, our brand, and its content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Deliverables we create for you become yours as set out in your Services Agreement, consistent with our promise that you keep every asset we build.

9Third-party services

The Site uses third-party tools, including Calendly for scheduling, Google Fonts for typography, and Vercel for hosting. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10Disclaimers

The Site and the free audit are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or the free audit. Where work is performed under a Services Agreement, our total liability is limited as set out there and, in any event, will not exceed the fees you paid us for the work in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of the content or materials you provide to us, or your breach of these Terms.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, and the courts of North Macedonia have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
